- How do I order a cake?
- Ordering your treats is simple! Just follow these steps: 1. Browse & Add to Basket: Choose your favorite cakes, cupcakes, or tortas from our online shop. 2. Plan Ahead: We require a minimum of 1 day notice, but please order 3 to 5 days in advance (longer for large orders) to guarantee your date. 3. Checkout & Pickup: Complete your payment online. We are pickup-only within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and your exact pickup address will be emailed to you with your confirmation. 4. Need Delivery? Place your order as normal, and we will contact you before processing to confirm a custom delivery fee if availability allows.
- Do you deliver?
- While we are primarily pickup only at this time, we can occasionally arrange custom delivery options. Standard Pickup: Available at our kitchen location within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Your order confirmation email will include our exact pickup address and instructions. Delivery Requests: If you require delivery, a fee will be manually calculated, confirmed, and added after your order is placed. Our team will contact you directly to discuss availability and pricing before your order is processed.
- How far in advance should I order?
- We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance. For large orders or special events, please reach out as early as possible so we can accommodate you.
- Can I add a custom message to my cake?
- Yes! You can add a short message (like a birthday greeting) in the notes field on the product page. We pipe it in fondant or chocolate.
- Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
- Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot currently guarantee allergen-free baking. Please contact us if you have specific concerns.
- What is your refund policy?
- Because our cakes are made to order, we do not offer refunds after baking has begun. Please review our full refund policy for details.
